Hi John, I always appreciate your posts, including this one, but please note as a factual correction, even Impossible Burgers don't include wheat. They do include soy, which is one reason why we don't use them in our house. We do eat Beyond Meat products which are better both nutritionally, ecologically and allergenically (a couple of us have allergies to wheat, soy and maize, especially now that several of us live in the USA where glyphosate contamination has become almost ubiquitous!).
